1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. Administrator – FABRIQ.

1.2. Personal Data – All information about an identified or identifiable natural person, defined by one or more specific factors relating to physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity, including device IP, location data, internet identifiers, and information collected via cookies or similar technology.

1.3. Policy – This Privacy Policy.

1.4. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

1.5. User – Any natural person visiting the Service or using one or more services or functionalities described in the Policy.

2. DATA PROCESSING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE

2.1. In connection with the User's use of the Service, the Administrator collects data necessary to provide specific services offered and information about the User's activity on the Service. Below are detailed rules and purposes for processing personal data collected during the User's use of the Service.

2.2. The Client/Consumer may at any time request the Seller to provide access to, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR DATA PROCESSING IN THE SERVICE

3.1. The Administrator allows contact via electronic contact forms. Using the form requires the User to provide personal data necessary for contacting and responding to inquiries. The User may also provide additional data to facilitate communication or inquiry handling. Providing data marked as mandatory is required for accepting and processing the inquiry, and failure to provide it will result in the inability to handle the request. Providing additional data is optional.

3.2. Personal data is processed:

3.2.1. To identify the sender and handle their inquiry submitted via the provided form – the legal basis for processing is the necessity to perform a contract for service provision (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3.2.2. For analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing is the Administrator's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in maintaining statistics of inquiries submitted by Users via the Service to improve its functionality.

4. MARKETING

4.1. The Administrator processes Users' personal data for marketing purposes, which may include:

4.1.1. Displaying marketing content to the User that is not tailored to their preferences (contextual advertising);
4.1.2. Displaying marketing content to the User matching their interests (behavioral advertising);
4.1.3. Sending email notifications about offers or content of interest, which may sometimes include commercial information;
4.1.4. Conducting other activities related to direct marketing of goods and services (sending commercial information electronically and telemarketing activities).

4.2. To carry out marketing activities, the Administrator may use profiling. This means that through automated data processing, the Administrator evaluates selected factors related to individuals to analyze their behavior or forecast future activities.

CONTEXTUAL ADVERTISING

4.3. The Administrator processes Users' personal data for marketing purposes related to contextual advertising (i.e., advertisements not tailored to the User’s preferences). Personal data is processed in connection with the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING

4.4. The Administrator processes Users' personal data, including data collected via cookies and similar technologies, for marketing purposes related to behavioral advertising (i.e., advertisements tailored to User preferences). Processing such data includes profiling. The use of personal data collected through this technology for marketing purposes, particularly for promoting third-party services and goods, is based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator and is only conducted if the User has consented to the use of cookies. Consent for the use of cookies can be given via browser settings and can be withdrawn at any time, particularly by clearing cookies history and disabling cookie handling in browser settings.

4.5. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.

DIRECT MARKETING

4.6. If the User consents to receive marketing information via email, SMS, or other electronic means, their personal data will be processed to send such information. The legal basis for processing data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, in sending marketing information within the limits of the User’s consent (direct marketing). The User has the right to object to the processing of their data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling. Data will be stored for this purpose for the duration of the Administrator's legitimate interest unless the User objects to receiving marketing information.

5. SOCIAL MEDIA

5.1. The Administrator processes the personal data of Users visiting the Administrator's profiles on social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest). This data is processed exclusively in connection with managing the profile, including informing Users about the Administrator's activities, promoting various events, services, and products, and communicating with Users through social media functionalities. The legal basis for processing personal data by the Administrator for this purpose is their legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), which includes promoting their brand and building and maintaining a community around the brand.

6. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

6.1. Cookies are small text files installed on a User's device while browsing the Service. Cookies collect information that makes it easier to use the website, such as remembering the User's visits to the Service and the actions they perform.

SERVICE COOKIES

6.2. The Administrator uses so-called service cookies primarily to provide electronic services to the User and to improve their quality. For this purpose, the Administrator and other entities providing analytical and statistical services on its behalf use cookies to store or access information already stored on the User's end device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.). 6.2.7. Cookies used to monitor website traffic, such as analytics cookies, including Google Analytics cookies. These cookies are used by Google to analyze how the User interacts with the Service, creating statistics and reports on the Service's functionality.
